As an experienced yoga teacher and a trained outdoor meditation guide, we are excited to share incites we have learned from their respective disciplines.
On Friday, September 27th and Friday, October 11th, the book club will meet at the Cambridge Springs Public Library from 3:00 to 4:00 pm to discuss the book. To integrate these teachings fully, an off-site, outdoor experience will be included on Friday, October 25th from 4:00 to 5:15 pm at the newly dedicated Northwestern REC Community Forest, owned and operated by the Foundation for Sustainable Forests. www.foundationforsustainableforests.org
